1. All Sales Are Final
Le Magnate Cigars does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any tobacco products.
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. No Returns Policy
Due to FDA regulations and health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on cigars or tobacco-related products.
We do not restock or resell returned items, even if unopened.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that issues may arise during shipping. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you must:

Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
We will assess your claim and may, at our discretion:

Offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
Provide store credit for a future purchase.

Le Magnate Cigars reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet the above criteria.

4. Order Issues & Missing Packages
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
If your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
We strongly recommend choosing signature-required delivery to prevent package theft.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
If you initiate a chargeback without following the above process, we reserve the right to dispute the claim.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being banned from future purchases.
